Most items will cost $7 to $18 to post within Australia. We keep shipping costs as low as possible, based on Australia Post charges.
Shipping quotes - Simply add your desired item/s to your shopping cart and enter your postcode, no need to log in.
It is cheaper to ship a combined purchase of several items together rather than send them individually, and we pass this saving directly on to you.
Our Express Service offers guaranteed overnight shipping to capital cities and many large regional cities, and priority service for rural destinations. There is a full list of postcodes and terms and conditions at the bottom of this page. Express orders are given top priority at Image Melbourne as well as by Australia Post. We will send express orders paid by 12 noon on the same day.
Express orders should be sent to a business address attended 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri.
We cannot guarantee delivery times for non Express deliveries, nor do Australia Post offer live tracking for these shipments. We keep a record of the tracking number but Australia Post will only investiagte deliveries that take more than 5 working days to arrive. Express shipping should be selected for all urgent orders.
Postal insurance is offered at a very reasonable cost. Uninsured parcels are shipped at your risk.
We have stock at our Collingwood store in Melbourne* which means fast shipping, no waiting for overseas postage. We ship via Australia Post wherever possible meaning that if your parcel cannot be delivered you simply visit your local post office to collect your package (excludes oversize items).
Oversize items such as paper and vinyl backdrops should be sent to a business address attended 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri as charges may apply if multiple delivery attempts are required.

*Preorders & out of stock items
If you order an item with zero or negative stock shown, or an item described as a pre-order then that entire order will be placed on hold until all the items are in stock. You must pay for the order immediately and in full. We are unable to hold items for you without payment as we keep limited quantities of each item. If you would prefer in stock items shipped immediately and other sent when they arrive please place TWO orders so that postage is calculated correctly.
Returns
Items purchased in store must be returned in person during business hours. For all other orders you must contact us BEFORE returning any item by mail, as many issues can be quickly solved over the phone or by email. Items you send to us are sent at your risk, we recommend using Registered or Express mail when returning items as these provide tracking.
Faulty or damaged items
We will replace brand new items if they arrive faulty, or refund any items listed incorrectly. Postal damage is also covered provided the items are insured. We will pay for return postage for these items if they are returned within within 7 days. New items that fail under warranty after this will be repaired or replaced at our option.
Change of mind
Most items are eligable for our change of mind policy. We do not accept change of mind returns on consumable items such as batteries, films and backdrops so please choose carefully.
If you change your mind the item & packaging must be returned as received within 7 days so the item can be resold. We will refund the full item cost but ALL postage costs are the buyers responsibility in this case.
AusPOST Express Post terms & conditions
You MUST pay by credit card or Paypal so that your payment clears immediately.
For orders placed before 12pm on a business day, Express Post offers guaranteed^ next business day delivery for standard size parcels ONLY to the locations listed below. For example orders placed on Friday after 12pm or on the weekend will be posted on Monday and arrive on Tuesday (excluding public holidays)
Our guarantee does NOT apply to oversized items such as Paper and Vinyl Backdrops which cannot be sent with Australia Post. We suggest you allow at least an extra 1-2 days as couriers cannot guarantee delivery times for oversized parcels. Rurual oversize deliveries may take even longer.
If you are not within the Express Post Next Business Day Delivery Network, the fastest possible delivery is provided on a non-guaranteed basis.
